  1. How and when did you come to Sutherland?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I joined Sutherland in 2014 as a Sourcing Specialist on a temporary contract. I was located at the office in Burgas. By that time I was living in Sofia but decided to take a break and visit my hometown. Then the opportunity to join Sutherland came up and I decided to take advantage of it. After almost 1 year I was promoted and joined the Talent Acquisition Team in Sofia. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

    2. So far in your career at Sutherland, what are your top three most important accomplishments?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Promoted to Recruiter; hired 200 applicants in 2016; won two Platinum Awards.<\/p>\n

    3. Who at Sutherland has made the biggest impact on your career and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    My Team \u2013 great people that I\u2019m really proud of.<\/p>\n
