The participants were trained how to deliver coaching, how to be a great mentor, drive change, lead by example and understand the client and business needs.<\/p>\n<p>On September 14<sup>th<\/sup>, Sutherland held the Graduation ceremony of the Freshman class who have successfully graduated Team Manager University. It has been a long journey for the selected team members as eligible to attend and now the company is happy to welcome them in the pool of Sutherland Next Generation\/Future Managers.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3109 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sutherlandglobal.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG-20170912-WA0030-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Team Manager University - Sutherland\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sutherlandglobal.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG-20170912-WA0030-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sutherlandglobal.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG-20170912-WA0030-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.sutherlandglobal.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG-20170912-WA0030.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As a continuation of the TMU, on September 11th\u00a0Sutherland launched TMU 2.0 for training and development of the fresh team managers at the company.
