Job Description:

Ensure the smooth running of all recruitment related processes, procedures and activities in the company; support the Talent Acquisition team and immediate supervisor in driving recruitment to achieve hiring targets; contact point for the employees’ recruitment related enquiries. Cooperate with Account managers and Team managers to meet hiring requirements.


  • Actively participate in all company recruitment activities as follows:
  • to research and develop different sources and methods of recruitment and to create and maintain a candidate database;
  • creating of profiles and administrating the recruitment process;
  • conducting tests and interviews;
  • maintain contact with recruitment agencies;
  • preparing job offers;
  • negotiating with candidates;
  • coordinating internal language assessment;
  • Prepare a full set of documents related to new hires;
  • Interact closely with Staff Admin specialist on all employee documentation(related to new hires, employee separation, etc.);
  • Run all PeopleSoft HR related updates for new hires and current employees;
  • Help in coordinating all activities related to labor medicine and labor inspection;
  • Participate in the creation and execution of all HR policies and processes;
  • Participate and coordinate all employee development and retention activities;
  • Participate in the budgeting of trainings, the creation of a training plan and further coordination and administering;
  • Prepare different inquiries and reports;
  • Support his/her immediate superior in all relevant activities.
  • Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company;
  • Adhere to the non disclosure agreement;


  • Good work ethic, result-oriented, persistent, good command of the language, eager to learn
  • Strong spoken and written German and English language skills
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Standard working hours (09:00 – 18:00 or 10:00 – 19:00)
  • Working from the office(s) is preferable
