Sutherland Bulgaria took another step forward in its digitalization efforts by introducing an e-signature solution. We are thrilled to be amongst the first employers in Bulgaria and the first in our industry to implement e-signatures for all our employees.
By implementing the new e-signature technology, our hiring process is now entirely digitalized. This provides us with a great flexibility in the interaction with the labor market as our candidates are able to sign all necessary documentation for starting their career with us, without having the need to visit our offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas.
In addition, all procedures related to employment relationships are processed digitally. Having this, the entire cycle of administrative services for our employees is done remotely, simplifying all processes within the company related to HR.
The technology also provides all employees immediate access to their documents related to the employment relationship with us, making the process more efficient and time-consuming.
