He/she will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. The Technical Trainer must be extremely knowledgeable and possess solid technical attitude. Additionally, we expect him/her to be an excellent communicator, that is able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. The goal is to contribute to the development of people’s technical/IT skills, in order to meet organizational needs.

IF YOU HAVE

• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
• Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
• Experience in designing technical course content
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge in Windows Operating System, Windows Server, Linux/Unix Operating System, Computer Networking, Active Directory, Virtualization, Database Management, Computer Hardware
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Degree in a relevant technical field
