To celebrate the launch of a new project, Sutherland held a summer game for the candidates speaking German or Turkish language. Within two weeks, anyone who speaks German or Turkish and English language and was interested in the new position Sales Specialist had the opportunity to fill out a special application form to claim his/her participation in the game. Everyone who had been successful in the phone interview conducted by the Talent Acquisition Team entered a lottery for the big prize PlayStation 4, while the first three candidates who successful passed the phone screening automatically won a portable Bluetooth speaker.

On August 31, Sutherland held a lottery among all who passed the phone screening to select the winner of the big prize – PlayStation4.
