Recently, the German courses took place in Burgas only. Now the company decided to start a second German Upskill Academy in Sofia as well.

The classes will be 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Another interesting fact is that not only will the candidates improve their German knowledge, but will be paid for the period of the course. The course will last for 3 weeks.

The company is actively looking for new talents who would like to join the course.

The application process contains several steps:

• phone interview in German
• written test in German
• face to face meeting with a representative from Sutherland Talent Acquisition Team
