Sutherland is looking for a motivated and passionate person to join us as a Business Applications Consultant!

In this role, you can utilize your communication skills to provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients that are using cloud-based applications. You will also serve as the customer’s primary point of contact, owning customers’ issues from start to finish, responding to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. We encourage up selling customers to new products or services.
