Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers via email and voice support. You will help resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth streaming experience for our users. Your ability to handle diverse customer needs and provide outstanding service will make you a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Provide exceptional customer support via Email (90%) and voice Calls (10%).
•    Troubleshoot issues related to streaming services.
•    Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, and billing inquiries.
•    Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
•    Deliver timely and effective resolutions to customer problems.
•    Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Requirements:

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English – Level B2 or Higher
•    Comfortable with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
•    A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
•    Valid work-permit to work in the EU
•    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•    Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
•    Flexible availability to work 6-8 hour shifts, including evenings until 1 am and weekends.
•    Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
