Paramount+ is the new streaming service that will provide endless hours of entertainment for the whole family from its launch, with the best international titles and original productions.

You will assist Paramount as a support by e-mail and via a messaging system, exclusively in writing, without calls.

Your tasks:

  • Handling incoming customer contacts via email.
  • Upsell product, content and features.
  • Assist customers with resolving any issue.

Our Requirements:

  • Excellent Written skills in French (B2 or higher).
  • Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or higher).
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
  • Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution.
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way.
