This is a key role for an experienced HR practitioner, with strong generalist skills, looking for the next step in your career progression. As well as supporting the business as a Snr HR Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day coaching and support for a team of Business Partners, whose focus is to work on constantly improving our Employee Experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to Managers through building strong relationships and demonstrating your HR expertise and understanding of the business. You will advise on people processes along the employee life cycle including on-boarding, performance management, retention, reward, engagement, training & development, and talent management. You will support the rollout of global people initiatives. You will be close to the business to pick up on the pulse and help us keep ahead of the competition for talent by helping to create a positive workplace culture. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Leading the Team/HR Function

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Modernize and refine key people processes and activities.
  • Leads and supports the HR team. Evaluate the team strength and support their development.
  • Designs and maintains people metrics to proactively manage HR activity.
  • Supports the HR team on more complex HR/ER and legal matters.

Supporting the Business

  • Develop a People Plan for the programs you support.
  • Guide people leaders in enabling performance management via everyday conversations and encourage open, two-way communication.
  • Supports the implementation of new client programs to ensure we set up Right First Time
  • Support cyclical HR programs, including performance management, succession planning and talent reviews, annual pay review etc
  • Provoke progressive change in people management to improve the employee experience and positively impact retention and engagement.

Employee Experience

  • Coach people leaders to create a successful culture and ensure best practice solutions for employees in a hybrid working model.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Excellent HR skills 5+ years,
  • Experience in a similar role 2+ years
  • People management experience
  • Confident team player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Well versed in labor laws and regulatory requirements, ensures up to date knowledge
  • Resilient, authentic, consistent, reliable, supportive, and visible

  • Comfortable working a matrix structure; taking accountability and promoting common goals, able to deal with ambiguity

QUALIFICAITONS

  • Degree level qualification with appropriate industry HR accreditation
