Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for the business on all people-related matters.
- Strategically align our HR initiatives with the overall business strategy, actively contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (COE) functions, actively participating in the development and tracking of new HR initiatives, and delivering comprehensive feedback.
- Take the lead on Talent Management, overseeing critical aspects such as succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies for key talent.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and the legal framework of Bulgarian legislation, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Design and coordinate management projects, involving the HR team in global initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery, Employee Engagement, and Talent Acquisition teams to design and implement cross-functional development programs, fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation.
- Adhere to company policies, regulations, and non-disclosure agreements, upholding the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in the field of Human Resources.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence individuals at all organizational levels, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strong capability to translate overall strategy into clear, actionable steps.
- Demonstrated team-oriented approach, displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
