About the Role:ย
๐ง As a Spotify Customer Service Expert, you’ll provide non-voice support through email and messaging systems. No calls!ย
Your Tasks:ย
๐ง Providing Email support for our clients.ย
๐ฌ Answering “How to” and “FAQ” questions.ย
๐ณ Assisting with account and payment-related queries and issues.ย
๐ ๏ธ Providing troubleshooting assistance.ย
Our Requirements:ย
๐ Excellent Written skills in Arabic (C1).ย
๐ฃ๏ธ Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or above).ย
๐ฅ Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus.ย
๐ค Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers.ย
๐ Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a โcan doโ attitude.ย
๐ Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way.ย
