What We Are Looking For

Sutherland is seeking a reliable and goal-oriented person to join us as a Sales Team Manager for a Telecom account. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who has strong leadership and sales skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the high performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, lead by example, and occasionally take over conversations from sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

What you’ll do:

  • Apply a balanced management approach with equal emphasis on business, performance, and people management results
  • Assist, support, and coordinate sales personnel in performing daily sales activities
  • Analyzes trends data and drives development of plans to improve efficiencies of the team and deliver higher customer satisfaction
  • Identify, analyze, and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth
  • Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting individual sales plans
  • Ensure constant positive employee experience
  • Conducts meetings with team members. Cascades latest process related inputs from the client and the management, to the floor

What you need to have:

  • Fluency in verbal and written German and English
  • Ability to interpret, understand and respond to employee needs
  • Strong people management skills – ability to clearly communicate the goals, to motivate, coach and develop all team members
  • Attention to detail and process adherence
  • Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific communicator and excellent closer of sales
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Availability to work from the office in Varna on shifts
