- How and when did you come to Sutherland?
I joined Sutherland in 2014 as a Sourcing Specialist on a temporary contract. I was located at the office in Burgas. By that time I was living in Sofia but decided to take a break and visit my hometown. Then the opportunity to join Sutherland came up and I decided to take advantage of it. After almost 1 year I was promoted and joined the Talent Acquisition Team in Sofia. 🙂
2. So far in your career at Sutherland, what are your top three most important accomplishments?
Promoted to Recruiter; hired 200 applicants in 2016; won two Platinum Awards.
3. Who at Sutherland has made the biggest impact on your career and why?
My Team – great people that I’m really proud of.
4. What do you do outside of work?
Horse riding 🙂

Friendly, reliable…just Joy
6. What are your favorite snacks or food to bring to work?
Yogurt with chia and strawberries.
