Die Stelle wird eine einmonatige Schulung in unserem Büro in Burgas absolvieren, gefolgt von vollständiger Homeoffice – Arbeit.

Deine AUFGABEN

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen zu den wichtigsten Produkten unseres Kunden – Hörbücher, mit Schwerpunkt auf Account Management und Fehlerbehebung
  • Diskutiere mit leidenschaftlichen Buchliebhabern über Buchtitel, Autoren und Genres
  • Konzentriere dich darauf, das Unternehmen bestmöglich zu repräsentieren und Kundenanfragen zu lösen
  • Effizient, vollständig und freundlich zu antworten

Über DICH

  • Sehr gute Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache (B2-C1)
  • gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
  • Leidenschaft und Kenntnisse in Büchern, Autoren und Podcasts sind von Vorteil
  • Organisations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten
  • Wunsch, Kunden zu helfen und zum Erfolg des Teams beizutragen

Your Tasks

  •  Providing Email support for our clients;
  • Answering to ,,How to” and ,,FAQ” questions;
  • Assisting with account and payment-based questions and problems;
  • Providing assistance with troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Written skills in Arabic (C1)
  • Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or above)
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus;
  • Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude;
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way;
