RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to partners queries and questions in a timely and professional manner;
• Project a professional company image through email interaction;
• Prioritize tasks and collaborate with other teams when needed;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Very good (written) level B1 of French;
• Very good (written) level B1 of Arabic;
• Knowledge in English – B1
• Ability to work on flexible working hours and weekends shifts;
• Ability to multi task and to make quick decisions;
