We offer you to join our exceptional team of Customer Service and Sales Specialists with German for our program for a world-leading Telecommunications provider, #1 brand in Germany and Europe. The role requires work from our office in Sofia or Varna.
Your TASKS
- Handle incoming customer inquiries for a leading European telecom provider, #1 brand in Germany and Europe
- Processing of Internet, phone, and TV customer concerns
- Focus on selling additional services and products to existing customers
- Providing fast, complete, and friendly answers
About YOU
- Excellent command of German language (B2–C1)
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Desire to help customers and contribute to the team’s success
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
