Job Description
π¬ Provide customer support in German (phone, chat, mail).
πAnalyze client queries and offer the best solution.
π Professional training according to global customer service standards.
β° Flexible working hours (4-, 6- or 8-hour shifts).
Qualifications
π Very good proficiency in German language (minimum B2), second language is not required.
π» Good computer literacy.
π¬ Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
