Your main tasks:
- Provide first class customer service and technical support through phone and e-mail
- Help customers with account, product and order -related inquiries
- Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
- Represent the client in a professional yet friendly manner through phone and email interaction
- Adhere to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies
- Transfer or endorse contacts to the appropriate department for resolution
Qualifications
- Excellent German – both written and spoken
- Very good English
- Computer Navigation Skills and multi-tasking
- Knowledge in internet router’s specifications, internet connectivity and troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- Knowledge in Consumer Electronics’ specifications, usage, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible working hours
